The Bishop is a transparent modernist

Transparency- now on display in the museum of the Benedictine Monastery of Admont

The artist Manfred Erjautz made the chasuble of transparent PVC for Hermann Glettler, the current Bishop of the Diocese of Innsbruck. A chasuble in which the priest in street clothes is also visible as a human being in the exercise of his office. The spirit levels on the back serve as a symbolic aid to balance.

To be seen in the exhibition "Beauty and Demand".

This is a loan from the Bishop Hermann Glettler Collection (!!!!!) on the occasion of the 800th anniversary of the Diocese of Graz-Seckau.

This is where Mass facing the people gets you....far from balanced!

One of the comments asks for a dalmatic to match....please no!

All this "art" is about them, "me, me, me" not about God. More from the same artist.
