Pray the Rosary!

Do not visit their Wellness Centre! The only reference to the Rosary on their website is in the biographies of sisters who have died.
The Wellness Institute
Mariandale has introduced Wellness services to complement our retreat and program offerings. These services include:
Reiki – A technique of laying on of hands in the belief that the body can and will heal itself. It is performed on a table, patient fully clothed, by a practitioner who has been trained by a Reiki Mater.
Integrated Energy Therapy (IET) – In the tradition of Carolyn Myss “Energy Anatomy,” IET is a hands-on power energy therapy system that gets the “issues out of your tissues” for good. IET is the art of healing with loving and pure energy of the Spirit. It works at the next level beyond Reiki to detect and release energy blocks formed by suppressed emotions, and to support your healing at all levels – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Swedish Massage (Licensed Massage Therapists) – This form of massage incorporates long strokes, kneading, tapping, and friction to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and increase range of motion.
Tai Chi Chih – Through 20 simple, gentle movements, easily learned by anyone, regardless of age or physical condition, you can enjoy mental, physical, and emotional well being, increases energy, endurance, weight control, body toning, blood pressure, and serenity in the midst of activity.
Yoga – Breathe Yoga in ongoing six-week sessions for children, teens, and adults.
