Church becomes a place to swing rather than pray

 

 

Two swings have been hanging in St. Dionysius Church in Rheine since the end of February. They are part of a light and space installation by the artist, Mario Haunhorst from Osnabrück. Via twelve mirrors, which are also set up in the church, the artist approaches the theme of relationships, dialogue and the question of the relationship between man and God.
