so why don't the Missionaries of Charity, in front of Christ the King, who welcomes all of wbatever caste to his court.

I served as chaplain to two communities of the Sisters of the Missionaries of Charity. This would never have ocurred among them. I cannot understand why the brothers would sit around as if they were at a slumber party. I hope this is an aberration and it will be corrected. Do they not know in Whose presence they are?
