Like a thief in the night

Some will remember this tragic case of desecration.

The Parish Priest has now been arrested and charged.

He is one of the Franciscans featured here. St Francis could never have reckoned a member of the order that he founded destroying Faith, Morals and Churches. He was told by Our Lord, Francis, rebuild my Church.

The priests in the group photo (with the exception of the old boy in the lab coat) look an extremely well-fed, if not clinically obese, bunch. I had always thought that the Third Order Regular devoted themselves to living in poverty (together with chastity and obedience). This must be some offshoot that takes its spiritual exemplar not from St Francis but from Friar Tuck.

I wish I could remember the name of the priest who wrote an article a while back about the correlation between sexual perversion and heterodoxy/liturgical corruption. Here is living proof.

Thanks to you and Anita, I've just posted a story on my blog concerning this wolf in sheeps clothing.
