Latin Mass goes mainstream

on Hessen TV in Germany. This is a Mass of the Society of St Pius X- the TV station had no alternative, when they wished to do a story on the Motu Proprio, as in the whole of Frankfurt the Diocese permits only one Mass during the week on Wednesday night. They claim the Latin Mass is a "minority interest". Untrue- I detect a hardness of heart.

What is really (in)credible is the behaviour of Frankfurt's City Dean (the highest Catholic authority in the town) : showing the Traditional Missal in suit & tie to the journalist, just like any museum conservator...Totally downplaying the reality of faithful attached to Tradition... Clearly, it's the "old guard" of ageing liberals and/or neoconservatives who will consider the traditionalists "museum's guardians"...
