One point, most Anglican converts leave the C of E when the realise the Bishops don't possess Apostolic Succession, so it is a bit strange for the Pontifical Council for Promoting Christian Unity and indeed the Pope to imply they possess it. The CofE was founded at the reformation and there is an adequate Catholic hierarchy in England.
