Tips from the eco-monastery
In times of energy scarcity, they are ahead of the game: the Benedictines from Plankstetten Monastery (Eichstätt Diocese). Thirty years ago, they were smiled at as green exotics, even in church circles.

The next winter is sure to come: and with it, probably, the need to save energy. That's why the Bavarian dioceses have now issued guidelines and tips to put energy saving in the cold season on a firm footing.
