Cathcon announcment

I have cancelled my plans to retire to the City of Linz. I have no intention of dying gazing at a people's altar however beautiful the Church on which it has been imposed.

Plans subject to change but not before an Apostolic Visitation, a change of bishop and regional governor and the Episcopal Consecration of Bishop Wagner!

The news will be greeted with relief in some quarters in Linz but they should read the writing on the wall.
