Nice and interesting music, but completely inappropriate setting. It's amazing how drab and and grey the walls are... You are right; outside of tradition, the Catholicism in Europe is pretty decadent.

I pray that's not a real church and that there's a REALLY good reason they're celebrating the Holy Mass inside what appears to be an empty drinking water reservoir.
There's good and bad in Europe as there is all over the world. We'll only make a changes for the better by praising the good and pointing out (with humility) the poor...regardless of location.
There was nothing that I could see in this dance fest which suggested a Mass. If there was such a thing then it certainly was not shown. I was reminded of the begining of the film "Zulu". Perhaps that is too old for many to remember. It preceeded the attack on the British garrison at Rourke's Drift in the late 1890's. I noticed the flowers were Strelitzia Regina, or Bird of Paradise. I somehow do not think that they are native to France. The whole thing was a "worship" of one-another. No mass here!
