    The Mass of the priest allegedly the new Linz Auxilliary


    He is not a liturgical expert.   Cathcon was sleeping earlier this week when I put up a picture of the Mass without making a link to the Linz Saga.

    Now I'm generally a big fan of the idea of celebrating Mass outdoors in the beautiful church God already built for us (oh what I would give to see Mass celebrated atop Half Dome in Yosemite!), but obviously this leaves lots to be desired.

    Obviously, a mass celebrated outdoors in the mountains wont have all the "smells and bells," but does this guy not even own a stole?

    Come on... I'm not complaining about the table or the simplistic vessels, but this guy seems to completely forget that he's a priest!

    Look at the bright side: They are all worshiping Ad Deum (maybe not "Ad Orientem")... :)
