International arrest warrant for Bishop Williamson possible

Frankreich: Menschenrechtler verklagen Holocaustleugner News Nachrichten auf ZEIT ONLINE

This follows a case to be brought in the next few days in the French courts by the International League against Racism and Anti-Semitism (Licra)

This falls under the jurisdiction of the French authorities , said Licra lawyer Alain Jakubowicz to the daily newspaper "Le Figaro". The testimony of Williamson was available throughout the country. In France, the denial of crimes against humanity since 1990 is punishable as a specific offense. Judges may put Holocaust deniers for up to one year in prison, or they can pay high fines.

The Argentine daily La Nacion had a small notice headlined "The Vatican Asks for Removal of a Television Program," with reference to the outrage perpetrated by Israel's channel ten. The Vatican asks--beseeches?--but Israel and the Jewish community demand, and there is the difference. What's more, the international media is giving no attention to the television scandal.

Wake up!

The SSPX put out a press release that they had already decided that Msgr. Williamson would be leaving. This was decided by his "superiors" in Europe, and here I thought there was only one, the outspoken Msgr. Fellay, who has not spoken a word about the television scandal nor expressed distress at the Argentine expulsion decision. And one wonders at whose behest Msgr. Williamson was registered as an "administrative employee" of a foundation, a foundation directed by who, exactly?

Msgr. Williamson made what are almost certainly historically inaccurate observations, but he did nothing remotely as offensive as what was done on Israeli television, but...

Anyone who believes there is not a concentrated campaign of persecution in store for Traditional Catholics--that one has not been in progress long before this incident--is living in a dream world, based on objective evidence.

See the movie "Katyn" for an example of what's in store for those who don't follow the party line.
Williamson may need to beat a hasty retreat back to Minnesota, USA where he was born.

Maybe he should take a visit to Dachau or any number of prison camp museums as a pilgrimage of sorts.

I love the Tridentine Mass, I'm a fn of the SSPX but I fear Williamson is insane.
Philoctetes, I don't find the Israeli program much different from the vicious mocking of Jews going on in this Norwegian program:

Although there was Jewish protest in regard to the program, the international media didn't give much attention to that affront either.

The international community can't get Bin Laden. They can't agree on Iran. They won't condemn Hamas. They won't discuss China's human rights violations. But they will go after this lone Bishop who isn't even in good standing with the Church - is that what passes for backbone in the international community?
