The Bishop finds time to ban the Latin Mass amid all the troubles of the Diocese of Orange going against the express wishes of the Pope for a wide and generous permission for the Latin Mass.

This is the student chaplaincy Church in the town, but you could be the cleverest student for generations and not be able to figure out which station of the cross this is.
